2001 National Junior Angus Show Donation Heifer  VAR Lass 9362 The Jim Coleman family of Vintage Angus, Modesto, CA, donated this September 4, 1999, daughter of VDAR Lucys Boy to sell April 16 at the Western National Angus Futurity. Proceeds of the sale go to the 2001 National Junior Angus Show in Denver, CO. Also included in the package is one year's livestock mortality insurance from Harding & Harding; free transportation from Reno, NV, to your farm donated by Lathrop Trucking, Dundee, IL; semen from ABS; and one free flush from Precision Genetics.  These Angus enthusiasts purchased the donation female. They in return donated the heifer back to Vintage to sell in their female sale this fall with proceeds going to the 2001 NJAS. More than $7.900 was raised for the juniors during the sale.
